Hai, today i am postng Lulu Island, Abu Dhabi photos which i have captured recently during my visit and you can see the satelite view of Lulu Island in first picture which is collected from Google Earth. Lulu Island is a beautifull place, you have to go by motor boats which are starting from UAE Heritage Village (near Marina Mall), after 10 to 15 minutes journey on break water we will land on Lulu Island. then we have to purchase a entry ticket of Dirham 15.00 (Fifteen) to enter in to Island.  Visitors can journey inside entire island through buses, enjoy the swimming on sarrounding beaches of island, and see the entire Abu Dhabi City Croniche view such as beautifull from Lulu Island.

UAE HERITAGE VILLAGE - ABU DHABI :  a beautifull place and a knowledge centre near Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi  which is located with three sides sea water. i liked very much this place and these all photos i captured during my visit recently.  visitors can watch and enjoy the Arab traditioanl song & dance, and can see the old things, a small museum, other traditional things etc.,  the view of entire Abu Dhabi Corniche Road with background buildings is superb  from this place.

Shaikh Zayed Masjid (Abu Dhabi, UAE) ... the third largest mosque in the world has been opened for prayers yesterday 19.12.2007 with the Eid Al Adha Prayer.  i am very happy to write that i have attended this historical event  and i captured the beauty of this Masjid with my Nikon.

Specialties of the Masjid

The Third Largest Masjid in the World *** :
With a capacity of 40,000 worshippers,The mosque is all set to receive worshippers, particularly in the three main prayer halls, which can accommodate 7,000 males and 1,000 females. The third hall, which is specified for daily prayers, is to accommodate 1,200 worshippers. The corridors and mosque courtyard can accommodate 30,000 worshippers.

The Largest Dome in the world *** :
The mosque consists of 57 domes covering the outside yards, main and side entrances. This includes the largest dome in the world, with a height of 83 metres. The dome, which is 35.8 metres in diameter, weighs 1,000 tonnes. All the domes of the mosque are decorated with white marble and verses from the Holy Quran. The interior decor was made of white gypsum.

UAE WALK 2007 -  5 Km Walking program for the Diabetes. knowledge.Action which was held yesterday (23.11.2007) afternoon at Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi. I am happy to say i also particiated in this walk and the same time i captured these photos....

Program arranged by Daman partners with ICLDC and Emirates Foundation and Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority.

Hyderabad (India), my  native city ... always in the hot news for good and bad.... as a hyderbadi and working in dubai in the consutrction industry,  i have amazed after read  the announcment of the lancohills project (value INR 5,500 Crore) which include the world's tallest residential tower 'siganture'.     Accordinlgy, i would like to share with those images with you all.   (you may check my previous posts for dubai's amazing constructions ...now hyderabad also stands behind wolrd's great cities for great modren constructions ... )

Now, i am introducing my home town "YADAGIRIGUTTA" just 60 Km from the Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. where the famous Lord Sri Laxmi Narasimha Swamy Temple is situated. and these all photographs captured by me when my friend Mr. Praveen visited to my town.

Actually, these all photos captured to submit to the Govt. officials with a request to change  'Raigir' Railway Station name as 'Yadagirigutta' Railway station which is just 3 KM from Yadagirigutta (you may see clearly in below pic).  and i  submitted with all details to CM, Cheif Secretary, Dist Collector and South Central Railway Authorities  with  cooperation of my friends...... but ..... No action.......

Any way.... now you can enjoy the pictures... i am missing very much my home town... where i lived my childhood, my youngdays and upto i depatured for Dubai.
